Be kind to yourself. Stop telling yourself that whatever you are struggling with “should” be easy. If something is hard for you, it is hard for you. There are probably Reasons, though those may just be how you are wired. Acknowledge these things. When you finish something hard, be proud! Celebrate a little.
And really, just stop saying “should” to yourself about your thoughts and feelings in any context. You feel how you feel. The things in your head are the things in your head. You can’t change either directly through sheer force of will. You can only change what you do. Stop beating yourself up for who and what you are right now–it isn’t productive. Focus on moving forward.

Arnensee Lake, Switzerland
The waters of Arnensee in Switzerland are so clear they cause boats such as the one in the picture to appear as they are hovering in the air.
The lake is located in Canton of Berne in Switzerland, and can be easily reached with a little planning. Although that first picture has made the lake relatively known, it’s still usually a quiet, tourist-free place.

No but seriously, imagine if you digestive system couldn’t expend to accomodate food? You’d be in terrible pain every time you eat and would have to consume little quantities of liquid all day long to get your nutrition.

Health 101: If this is a daily problem, it’s not good for any person. This happens to me if I eat white wheat. If you have CELIAC DISEASE or GLUTEN sensitivity, then your stomach will bloat throughout the whole day from eating white flour, making you feel like you have a rock-solid stomach, which then will only flatten in the morning. You’d be surprised at how many people are intolerant of gluten. It’s very difficult to digest because most breads are ANTI-NUTRIENTS, preventing minerals from being absorbed. Here is a tip: REDUCE your CARB-intake (white breads, pizza, doughnuts, crackers, rice, pasta, pancakes, bagels, muffins…etc.) Why?? Once these foods are digested, your body will absorb it as glucose, meaning SUGAR. A slice of bread spikes up your sugar level faster than a candy bar. There is absolutely no beneficial nutrition from eating white wheat for every meal. The germ and bran is removed from grain, so eat whole grains instead. Try avoiding white wheat for a day or two and see what happens….
